❖ HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Register) prepared for all routine, non-routine and shutdown activities and implemented as part of OHSAS 18001

❖ Controlling the activities during plant emergencies, start up and shutdown with the assistance of Panel Operator and Field Operators

❖ Handled emergencies like power failure and BFW failure

❖ Trained nearly 50 Operators in Field and Panel by conducting “Mock Drill “and conducted H2S awareness program among operators.

❖ Well familiar with Distributed Control System 

❖ Controlling the field activities by coordination with all services department like mechanical, instrument, electrical via SAP R/3 and issuing work permits after taking all safety measures. Follow up of maintenance jobs during shift

❖ Trend analysis of the individual system to identify any deviation in the system 

❖ Verification of engineering documents such as PFD, P&IDs, Isometrics, Equipment drawings, data sheets and heat and mass balance 

❖ Imparting on the job training to new engineers, Panel Operators

❖ Troubleshooting plant problems and suggest short term and long term solutions
