Scope of work in inspection in review related document accordance contract and code, including procedure, inspection plan, P&ID and preparing test package for pre-commissioning-commissioning, Site inspection for monitoring and witness any construction activity and testing for welding, NDE Supervised and Painting Inspector on Blasting/Painting, Thermal Spray Aluminium (TSA) and SIKA Application (Rectification Roof), Structural Jacket, Top Deck Platform, FPSO, DolWin5 and Piping system, Inspection for mechanical equipment and static equipment fabrication (Pressure Vessel, Column, Heat Exchanger, Air Cooler, Pig receiver/Launcher, Mock-Up Hot Tap Tie-in Clamp and Pipeline Activities, Package equipment and storage Tank) . Pipe Mill (Manual, semi-automatic & automatic welding), Double joint pipeline welding CRA and Overlay welding (Flanges, Fitting & Pipe). Other scope as supervision develops and reviewed procedure for quality management system (QMS), Fabrication Procedure, NDE procedure, painting-coating procedure, materials inspection and review mill certificate, WPS/PQR, WQT, Familiar with QA/QC document system and traceability record, ability with computer literate, familiar with standard related with oil & gas and Petrochemical regulation.
