With over 9 years of combined experience in Operations and Process Safety Engineering in a large-scale petrochemical/fertilizer complex, I have led and participated in numerous technical safety assessments and risk studies. My work includes facilitation and contribution to PHAs, HAZOPs, LOPA, SIL, FTA, ETA, FMEA and Bowtie analyses, both during operational troubleshooting and project design reviews. I have also led HSE risk assesments, incident investigations and pert of PSM, ISO standards implementation team. I’ve actively used tools like BowtieXP, IncidentXP, AuditXP, PHA-Pro, PHA Leader, PHA Works, LOPA Works, Aloha, PHAST/SAFETI and have conducted workshops and trainings on barrier-based risk management.

I’ve developed and reviewed safety deliverables such as Safety Philosophies, Fire Protection strategies and Hazardous Area Classifications, while ensuring alignment with international standards (e.g., IEC 61511, API RP 754, ISO 31000) and local regulations. I have also contributed to Safety Case submissions and internal audits, and participated in root cause investigations for process incidents with actionable outcomes. I have experience with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, API 520, API 780, API 752, API 753 standards.

Additionally, I’ve worked closely with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, construction, commissioning) and have a sound understanding of offshore safety requirements. I am open to travel or site mobilizations and have a deep passion for improving safety culture through technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
