I have seven years of experience in Piping Material Engineering and one year in the area of structural construction. I have participated in engineering projects such as: Refineries, Pipelines, Storage terminals, chemicals, gas and manufacturing plants, proposals, and construction (Onshore) of a platform (Offshore). Responsible in area of materials engineering, selection of material according with the process conditions and characteristics of the fluid (Corrosion Data Survey Metal Section), elaboration of technical specifications like: Piping Material, Insulation, Purchasing, Welding, Galvanizing, Coating, and Painting in the different stages of project how proposals, Basic and Detail engineering. Other activities how thickness calculation(internal and external pressure), hydrostatic and pneumatic test selection and calculation, realization of branch tables, purchase descriptions of piping components, load specifications in model 3D (PDS, SP3D and CADWORX), line list, data sheets for special fittings (steam traps, flame arrestor, coupon, etc.), elaboration of MTO, MRQ´s, technical evaluations of suppliers, vendor follow-up, estimation of hours and management of codes, norms for the design (ASME, DNV, API, NACE, ASTM, NOM, NRF, ISO, AWWA, PIP, MSS SP, etc.) Support in the piping design area generate MTO´s, drawings, isometrics, modeled of lines and colocation of supports. Responsible in area of construction of supervise that the activities comply with the drawings, norms and the design specifications. Make sure that the tasks accomplish with the project program, procedures, performance and quality.
