Description of the Role:
We are seeking Project Manager for upcoming wind energy projects. The role involves full-time commitment, client interactions, and leadership.
Location: Flexible (based on project needs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage wind energy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication and addressing concerns.
- Provide timely updates and progress reports to clients.
- Interact with stakeholders.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables for smooth execution.
- Monitor progress, resolve potential issues, and ensure quality control.
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Monitor project costs, ensuring budget adherence.
- Ensure smooth handover to the owner.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Solid understanding of wind systems, and owner’s engineering services
- Proven track record of managing renewable energy projects
- Familiarity with industry design and construction standards
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality regulations
- Excellent project management skills (planning, organizing, resource allocation)
- Technical competence, flexibility, and problem-solving approach
- Strong commercial focus and risk management skills
- Customer-centric thinker
- PMP certification, CEM or similar credentials
- Proficient in project management tools
- Proficiency in English
