Leading and managing engineering analysis and projects as required.
Ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective planning and execution of subsea operations.
Implementing safety and quality management systems.
Preparing client cost estimates and technical proposals.
Interfacing with clients, vendors, contractors, and external regulatory authorities.
Conducting various analyses such as hydrodynamic, mooring, towing, foundation, offshore lifting, riser, seafastening, and vessel stability assessments.
Reviewing technical reports and drawings, providing advice on technical and project-related issues.
Supervising and overseeing the drafting and production drawings, specifying appropriate components, equipment, and materials.
Preparing offshore installation procedures and attending offshore operations, load-out meetings, inspections, and tests at client/vendor premises.
Supporting the commercial team with technical evaluations/estimations and in the preparation of tenders.
Participating in research and development programs.
Requirements:
An honors degree accredited by the Engineering Council or a reputable university degree in Naval Architecture or a related field such as Engineering or Marine Science.
Mandatory prior experience with the installation/decommissioning of floating assets.
