About the Job
The main mission of this function is to pro-actively support the Risk function in protecting/improving the project objectives and margins through “Anticipation” and “Derisking”. Risk Manager assists the Project Manager to monitor all risks on a project (Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Technology, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, etc). He / She is responsible for the implementation of the Risk Management processes and governance during proposal and project execution and directly involved in production of all qualitative and quantitative (cost and schedule) Risk Management deliverables.
Risk Management activities require robust interpersonal, communication (written, spoken) and technical skills to add value to the project management team. The Risk Manager usually interfaces with all Lead team members, bearing their individual subjectivity and produces in a short time frame some deliverables aggregating a large amount of data (risk register and risk quantification models). In this context: hands-on, synthesis qualities, robust experience and expert understanding of project Risk Management concepts are fundamental assets.
• Manage enterprise risks of the operating centers following Group requirement and compliance.

1. KEY OBJECTIVES
Responsible for ensuring that a safe working environment is provided and that the risk to employees and visitors of injury or accident or damage to health is minimized.

Senior QA/QC Engineer (Onshore)

1. KEY OBJECTIVES
Will be working as Lead QA/QC engineer for onshore gas plant that will be constructed at Bintulu, Sarawak.
Responsible for QA/QC management during construction of Onshore Gas Plant and ensure that it is compiled to Project Specifications and Contract requirements. Responsible for implementation of Project Quality Plan requirements at construction yards / sites.
2.1 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitor Non-conformances on regular basis and ensure that NCR is issued, and suitable action is taken timely to implement the corrective action and close the NCR.
• Participate in various audits conducted by Contractor and Company, follow up on audit findings and its closure.
• Coordinate with internal team members such as engineering, construction, SSHE, Commissioning for any interface related to QA/QC
• Supervise the activities of inspectors and mentor them from time to time.

Mechanical problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical
problems related to mechanical installation, such as misalignments,
material defects, or design deviations, proposing appropriate and quick
solutions.
Schedule control: Ensuring that all mechanical assembly activities are
carried out according to the construction schedule, coordinating the
delivery of equipment and materials, and adjusting resources in case of
delays.
Documentation and reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on the
progress of mechanical installation, identifying problems encountered,
solutions implemented, and advances in project execution.
Coordination with other disciplines: Coordinating mechanical
activities with other areas, such as civil works and electrical installation,
ensuring that mechanical structures are ready for solar panel assembly
and that there are no interferences between disciplines.
