About the Job

The main mission of this function is to pro-actively support the Risk function in protecting/improving the project objectives and margins through “Anticipation” and “Derisking”. Risk Manager assists the Project Manager to monitor all risks on a project (Health, Safety, Environment, Security, Technology, Engineering, Construction, Legal, Finance, etc). He / She is responsible for the implementation of the Risk Management processes and governance during proposal and project execution and directly involved in production of all qualitative and quantitative (cost and schedule) Risk Management deliverables.

Risk Management activities require robust interpersonal, communication (written, spoken) and technical skills to add value to the project management team. The Risk Manager usually interfaces with all Lead team members, bearing their individual subjectivity and produces in a short time frame some deliverables aggregating a large amount of data (risk register and risk quantification models). In this context: hands-on, synthesis qualities, robust experience and expert understanding of project Risk Management concepts are fundamental assets.

• Manage enterprise risks of the operating centers following Group requirement and compliance.

• Drive actions internally to ensure risks events are well managed and closed within reasonable timeframe.

• Liaise with and provide guidance to stakeholders as required on risk related matters. 

• Manage project risks and ensures implementation of the threats & opportunity management process at Proposal and Project stages, including relevant internal/Client reportings.

• Develop Quantitative risk analysis models (Cost & Schedule integrated analysis, Schedule risk analysis) and coordinate contribution from Project Control disciplines; produce relevant Risk quantification reports and Cost contengencies recommendations

• Analyse bids / proposals and develop fit-for-purpose material for submission to Client at Proposal stage (e.g. risk narrative, risk summary slides, risk register, manhour’s quotation)

• Organizes and coordinates Risk Management workshops and meetings in conjunction with the Proposal / Project / Project Control Manager, including attendees list.

• Prepares, implements and maintains the Project Risk Management Plans as required.

• Implements and updates the risk and opportunity registers using the Corporate Risk Management tool (RMA).

• Reviews and updates the risk response plans (including treat mitigating and opportunity maximization actions) in close coordination with the Proposal / Project / Project Control Manager, Risk Owners, Action Owners and other members of the PMT

• Support Risk Management best practice improvements and RM internal trainings

About You

Required Skills: 

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent

• Risk Management, Risk assessment methods

• Confirmed experience (5-10 years) in Engineering & Construction Industry: mid to large EPC contracts in Engineering and/or Project Controls (good awareness of cost and schedule concepts)

• Communication (written, spoken). Fluent English. Able to chair meetings within multi-cultural teams and Clients

• MS Office tools: Excel (advanced multi-sheets modeling), PowerPoint (good presentation skills), Word (reports)

• Risk quantification tools: Palisade @Risk, Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis, SAFRAN (or eq.)

• Microsoft PowerBI: dashboard modeling 

• Available for short missions abroad

Main Accountabilities

Design Basis, Code & Standard

• Understanding and applying knowledge of design codes, industries standard and practices such as API/ISO/ ASME, etc. and Interpretation of the requirement to meet project requirement

• Competent to resolve problems /trouble shoot based on Codes & Standards interpretation

• Understand Codes limitation, apply with accuracy and effectiveness.

• In-depth understanding of Client’s specification (e.g. PTS, DEP etc.) and provide service which meet contract requirements

• Review and raise clarifications on the ITB /Client documents/ Contractual documents in case of ambiguity in definition / lack of clarity / lack of reference/ areas of doubt etc. based on specialist experience /judgment.

Knowledge of Rotating Equipment

• Understanding of rotating equipment used generally in oil and gas / refinery / industries for onshore and offshore applications, and select correct types of equipment for a given process service application

• Understanding and engineering competence in hydraulics, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, rotor-dynamics, combustion etc.

• Able to predict rotating equipment performance without over dependence on Vendor

• Competent to review Vendor’s various options (including limitation and /or deviation) and provide detailed technical evaluation (TBE/TBT) of the equipment.

• Competent to review in-house and Vendor’s P&IDs and identify interfaces for the equipment

• Competent to witness the Vendor FAT / shop testing, and review test reports and provide relevant comments if any

• Competent to participate effectively to resolve any issues related to equipment testing in case of failures / deficiencies /under-performance /discrepancy during shop testing.

• Competent to provide support by responding to Site Technical Queries (STQ) regarding equipment engineering design /equipment installation / mechanical completion for field acceptance

• Competent to explore cost-saving options / energy efficient measures during project execution phase or during proposal, if requested, and if available

About You

The Candidate shall possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Hons). Possess at least minimum 7 years of engineering design experiences in various rotating for onshore / offshore application. Preferably with experiences in Green Hydrogen, Electrolyzer and Carbon Capture Storage Projects.

Key Objectives:

• Maintaining facilities integrity through timely and appropriate implementation of equipment planned preventive maintenance activities.

• Ensure that implementation of all equipment planned preventive maintenance activities are identified and competed on schedule.

• Ensuring that rotating and/or static mechanical equipment maintenance service provider fulfills their contractual deliverables, on time and within budget.

• Ensures all non-planned events and the cost of unreliability are captured and analyzed for improvement opportunities.

• Identifies rotating and/or static equipment impact on changing operations on facility and equipment availability and equipment reliability. These impacts are proactively identified, assessed, and approved corrective actions to mitigate impact are implemented to completion.

• Establish quality and technical specifications and procedures related to all maintenance and repair activities, for use by both internal and external maintenance technicians and engineers.

• Ensure all mechanical areas are complies with the regulatory standard and adhere best practice.

• Ensure that all work performed by the Business Partners (BP) are safe to operate, technically sound, installed in accordance with approved design, codes, and specifications to the highest quality.

• Ensure the works are done as per approved workpack, and approved Work-order-proposal (WOP) in term of manpower planning, equipment, work schedule.

• To coordinate with company's site operations representative and other contractors on construction related issue to expedite the work delivery and resolve any issues on timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

Mandatory

• Possess an Engineering Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rotating and/or Static mechanical equipment in hydrocarbon production industry environment.

• Relevant previous employment history in engineering & maintenance in Cranes, Lifeboats, or Pressure Safety Valves.

• Experience in reciprocating/screw equipment including overhaul and running hours strategies.

• Experience in Risk Based Inspection (RBI) for PSV and reliability processes i.e., RCM, FMECA and Incident Investigation including RCFA. Knowledge of OSRMS.

• Familiar with engine/turbine/pumps operations.

• Computer literate.

• As a team player, demonstrate strong personal and interpersonal skills with flexibility to meet the fluctuating needs of operations support in a demanding environment.

• Must be a team player and capable of communicating technical issues across all other disciplines.

• Fluent in English both written and spoken.

• Valid BOSET / HUET training (if don’t possess, training shall be provided later).

Description: The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and

controlling all activities related to the assembly and installation of mechanical

components. Key responsibilities include:

 Supervision of mechanical installation: Overseeing the assembly of

metal structures, solar panel supports, solar tracking systems (trackers),

and other necessary mechanical equipment for the photovoltaic plant.

 Review of plans and technical specifications: Ensuring all mechanical

activities are executed according to design plans, technical

specifications, and applicable standards. Verifying that supports and

structures align correctly with anchorage and foundation points.

 Material and tool management: Supervising the appropriate use of

mechanical materials (pipes, profiles, fasteners, etc.) and specialized

tools (cranes, assembly equipment), ensuring they are in good condition

and available when needed.

 Personnel coordination: Assigning tasks and supervising the personnel

responsible for mechanical assembly, including contractors and

subcontractors, ensuring efficient use of human resources on-site.

 Quality control: Ensuring that mechanical installations meet quality

standards, performing periodic inspections and tests to verify alignment,

adjustment, and strength of structures.

 On-site safety: Implementing and ensuring compliance with all safety

regulations related to mechanical activities, supervising the use of

personal protective equipment (PPE), and applying safe work

procedures, particularly when using heavy equipment and working at

heights.

 Mechanical problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical

problems related to mechanical installation, such as misalignments,

material defects, or design deviations, proposing appropriate and quick

solutions.

 Schedule control: Ensuring that all mechanical assembly activities are

carried out according to the construction schedule, coordinating the

delivery of equipment and materials, and adjusting resources in case of

delays.

 Documentation and reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on the

progress of mechanical installation, identifying problems encountered,

solutions implemented, and advances in project execution.

 Coordination with other disciplines: Coordinating mechanical

activities with other areas, such as civil works and electrical installation,

ensuring that mechanical structures are ready for solar panel assembly

and that there are no interferences between disciplines.

Description: The main responsibility of the H&S Supervisor is to implement and monitor the compliance with health and safety policies and procedures on the construction site. This role is crucial to ensuring that daily activities are carried out safely and that risks of accidents are minimized. Key responsibilities include:

• Daily on-site safety supervision: Conducting daily inspections at the construction site to ensure that safety procedures are being followed and that workers are using the required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, harnesses, and safety glasses.
• Implementation of safety procedures: Ensuring that all activities, both by workers and subcontractors, are carried out in accordance with the safety procedures and regulations established in the project safety plan.
• Operational risk assessment: Identifying possible risks and hazards in the workplace, such as working at heights, handling heavy machinery, excavations, electrical work, among others. Reporting on these risks and ensuring the implementation of mitigation measures.
• Safety training: Assisting in the training and instruction of personnel on safety matters, ensuring they are properly trained to perform their tasks safely. This includes specific training on equipment handling, working at heights, electrical work, and first aid.
• Monitoring PPE compliance: Ensuring that all personnel are using the necessary personal protective equipment and that it is in good condition. Additionally, verifying that the tools and equipment used at the construction site are safe for use.
• Work permit control: Supervising compliance with work permits for high-risk activities such as confined space work, work at heights, electrical work, and welding. Ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
• Incident investigation: Assisting in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses that occur at the work site. Collecting relevant information, analyzing the causes, and suggesting corrective and preventive measures to avoid future incidents.
• Promotion of a safety culture: Encouraging compliance with safety standards and promoting a proactive attitude among workers to report unsafe conditions, potential risks, and dangerous behaviors.
• Safety inspections and audits: Participating in internal or external safety inspections and audits, and preparing detailed reports on compliance with safety regulations. Ensuring that recommendations from these audits are followed.
• Emergency management: Supporting the implementation of emergency and evacuation plans, as well as the preparation and coordination of drills. Ensuring that all personnel are familiar with emergency procedures and evacuation points.
• Coordination with the H&S Manager: Collaborating closely with the H&S Manager to ensure that safety policies are properly executed and continuous improvements are implemented on the construction site.
• Incident and unsafe condition reporting: Preparing regular reports on safety conditions at the site, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating any deviations from safety procedures to the management team.

Description: The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities and processes meet the specified quality standards of the project and comply with applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include:

1. Development of the quality plan: Creating and implementing the project's Quality Control Plan, detailing procedures, criteria, and specifications to be followed during construction, along with the necessary inspections and tests.
2. Supervision of quality processes: Supervising and controlling all construction processes, ensuring that each phase meets the established quality standards, from initial civil works to the installation of solar panels and electrical components.
3. Inspection and material testing: Verifying that all materials arriving on-site comply with technical specifications. Conducting inspections and quality testing of materials such as concrete, steel, electrical cables, and mechanical components to ensure conformity with project requirements.
4. Quality audits: Conducting regular on-site audits to verify that work procedures are carried out according to the quality plan. This includes inspecting the proper execution of work, ensuring that construction methods and equipment used are appropriate.
5. Document control: Managing all documentation related to project quality, ensuring that information on tests, inspections, non-conformities, and certifications is recorded appropriately. This includes creating and maintaining quality files and control reports.
6. Non-conformity management: Detecting and managing any non-conformities that arise during construction, whether related to materials, procedures, or installations. Proposing corrective and preventive actions to resolve them and avoid recurrence.
7. Personnel training: Coordinating the training of personnel in quality control procedures, ensuring that work teams understand and correctly apply quality standards in all project phases.
8. Coordination with contractors and suppliers: Maintaining constant communication with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that work and supplies meet the quality specifications required by the project.
9. Safety and quality: Ensuring that quality standards also meet occupational safety criteria, guaranteeing that activities are performed safely and with the appropriate quality.
10. Preparation of quality reports: Preparing periodic quality reports reflecting the status of work, tests performed, results obtained, non-conformities found, and corrective actions applied.
11. Regulatory compliance: Ensuring that the project complies with all local and international quality regulations and industry-specific standards, ensuring that the photovoltaic plant obtains the necessary certifications.

Description: The Electrical Supervisor oversees and controls all activities related to the installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Supervision of electrical installation: Overseeing the installation of electrical components such as solar panels, inverters, medium and low voltage wiring, grid connection systems, transformers, and electrical distribution boards.
2. Review of electrical plans and specifications: Ensuring all electrical activities are executed in accordance with design plans, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications. Verifying that electrical installations comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
3. Material and equipment management: Supervising the appropriate use of electrical materials (cables, connectors, circuit breakers, etc.) and specific tools, ensuring all equipment is in good condition and available when needed.
4. Electrical team coordination: Assigning tasks and supervising the personnel responsible for electrical installation, including subcontractors, ensuring work efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
5. Electrical quality control: Ensuring that all electrical installations meet quality standards, conducting periodic inspections to verify proper execution, alignment, and connections of electrical components.
6. On-site electrical safety: Implementing and ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations, supervising that workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and applying safe work procedures, especially when working with medium and high voltage installations.
7. Testing and commissioning: Supervising and coordinating the testing of electrical systems, ensuring that the installed equipment and systems function correctly before commissioning. This includes insulation tests, continuity, voltage, and connections.

• Supervision of civil works: Supervising all civil activities such as land leveling, excavation, foundations, drainage installation, cable trenches, and the construction of auxiliary buildings or structures.
• Quality control: Ensuring that civil works comply with technical specifications and quality standards through periodic inspections and material testing (concrete, steel, etc.).
• Plan review: Ensuring civil works are carried out according to design plans and technical specifications. This includes verifying proper implementation of foundations and structures for mounting solar panels.
• Resource management: Controlling the proper use of construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.), machinery, and tools necessary for the execution of work.
• Team coordination: Supervising on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently, and timelines are respected.
• Safety on-site: Implementing and enforcing specific safety standards for civil activities, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and minimizing risks, particularly in excavation, foundation work, and work at heights.
• Schedule control: Ensuring that civil works are carried out according to the established schedule, resolving any delays or unforeseen circumstances that may affect deadlines.
• Technical problem-solving: Identifying and resolving technical problems related to land or the execution of civil works, proposing effective solutions to avoid delays or deviations from the project.
• Documentation and reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on work progress, issues encountered, corrections made, and advances in the construction of civil components.
• Coordination with other disciplines: Coordinating civil activities with other areas of construction, such as electrical and mechanical installations, ensuring that civil structures are ready for equipment and solar panel installation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Compile standard data-book/certification package and coordinate with Customer/Third Party on delivery of data-book/certification package.
• Verify record/report completeness of data-book/certification package.
• Communicate internally and external supplier for required work performance reports.
• Coordinate with customers on data-book/certification package collection/delivery requirements.
• Maintain records of delivery transmittal, OTD performance & data book/certification package on company-DMS i.e., RigOffice, Tracker, etc.

Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities

• Ensure all quality documents are accurate, up to date, maintained in RigOffice and, definitive to the appropriate Aftermarket Standardization, Global QA Standard and the BPA requirements.
• Assists and advice on retrieval, transmittal, retention & disposal of proprietary documents.
• Assists with internal quality audit.
• Assist in updating monthly calibration records on all business unit's calibration status in Database, if needed.
• Work collectively to achieve departmental KPI targets & objectives.

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as a documentation controller.
• Good communication skills, and computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Adobe, CD writer, etc.).
