En tant qu'Ingénieur Chef de Projet en Environnement, vous intégrerez le service Environnement et Santé du Centre d’expertise Technique et Décarbonation. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le développement de nos activités de conseil, notamment autour des enjeux de décarbonation et de performance environnementale.

Responsabilités :

• Conseil et accompagnement : Apporter des conseils techniques à nos clients de l’industrie des procédés pour l'élaboration de dossiers réglementaires environnementaux (DDAE, études d’impact environnemental).
• Pilotage d’études : Conduire des études d'expertise en environnement, incluant la décarbonation, la préservation de la biodiversité, la gestion des ressources naturelles, et l'impact des PFAS.
• Gestion de projets industriels : Intervenir sur des projets de grande envergure dans les secteurs de l’hydrogène, de la chimie et du nucléaire.

Profil recherché :

• Formation : Bac +5 en ingénierie ou sciences de l’environnement, avec spécialisation en chimie ou génie des procédés.
• Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans la réalisation de dossiers réglementaires environnementaux et gestion de projets.
• Compétences : Connaissance du cadre réglementaire environnemental français, maîtrise des outils bureautiques et bon niveau d'anglais.

Job Title: Senior Process Safety Engineer - Concept Developments & FEED (LNG Projects)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Senior Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for leading process safety activities during the Concept Development and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phases of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) projects. The role involves ensuring that safety is integrated into the project design from the early stages, addressing the unique challenges associated with LNG facilities. The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, efficient, and compliant design solutions, providing expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety system design specific to LNG operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development for LNG Projects:
• Participate in the development of project concepts, including the selection of LNG processing and storage technologies.
• Identify potential process safety risks unique to LNG operations, such as cryogenic hazards, vapor cloud explosions, and high-pressure systems.
• Develop safety design philosophies and criteria tailored to LNG projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Front-End Engineering Design (FEED):
• Lead and manage process safety activities during the FEED phase for LNG projects, ensuring that safety considerations are integral to the design.
• Conduct and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), including HAZID, HAZOP, and What-If studies, with a focus on LNG-specific hazards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate safety requirements into LNG facility designs, including layout, equipment selection, and safety systems for handling LNG and associated gases.
• Safety Studies and Analysis:
• Perform Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA), Consequence Modeling, and other safety studies specific to LNG projects.
• Develop and review safety studies, including Cryogenic Spill Analysis, Vapor Dispersion Modeling, and Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA) for LNG facilities.
• Ensure the proper implementation of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and other safety barriers in the LNG project design, in accordance with IEC 61511 and other relevant standards.
• Regulatory Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure that all process safety aspects of the LNG project comply with local regulations (e.g., WSH Act, SS506) and international standards (e.g., ISO 16903, NFPA 59A, API, IEC 61511).
• Prepare and submit necessary safety documentation for regulatory approvals, environmental impact assessments, and client requirements.
• Interface and Communication:
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that safety objectives are met during the LNG project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring that LNG-specific safety challenges are addressed.
• Present process safety findings and recommendations to clients, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
• Risk Management:
• Develop and maintain the LNG project risk register, ensuring that all identified risks are tracked and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews, safety reviews, and other project meetings to ensure that LNG process safety is adequately addressed.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process safety engineering, with significant experience in Concept Development and FEED for LNG projects.
• Proven experience in leading process safety activities for LNG facilities, including liquefaction, storage, and regasification plants.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of process safety regulations, standards, and best practices for LNG operations, including ISO 16903, NFPA 59A, and API standards.
• Proficiency in process safety analysis tools (e.g., PHA-Pro, PHAST, BowTie XP) and LNG-specific risk assessment methodologies.
• Certifications:
• Certified Process Safety Professional (CPSP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.

Under the responsibility of the RIAU lead engineer, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure design and analysis are in accordance with acknowledged industry Codes, Standards and Design

Guides, Client Specifications and Scopes of Work.

• Develop design brief and basis and perform the riser global analysis (extreme, fatigue, interference etc.)

using OrcaFlex.

• Production and checking of design documentation including feasibility reports, detailed design reports.

• Ensure that QA/QC process is well followed.

• Interface with project team, engineering teams (installation methods, operation, geotechnics, etc) and SCM.

• Be aware of the overall project planning and responsible of the planning of their Scope of Work.

• Ensure that know-how is transferred within the discipline. Attend to discipline meeting as required

Capability profile – Knowledge, skills, experience

• MSc or PhD in mechanical engineering/hydrodynamics, you have relevant work experience in the oil and gas

industry or equivalent, ideally with riser systems.

• You are proficient in FEA modelling and you know well OrcaFlex software.

• Your English is fluent

procedures, analyses, engineering support to Drafting Office, progress reports, study reports and various

Within the Materials, Welding and Coatings department, you will be responsible for providing support

to projects and other departments for all questions pertaining to metallic materials (carbon steel,

stainless steels, nickel base alloys) and corrosion (materials selection, CO2 corrosion, H2S corrosion,

SCC).

This role provides exciting opportunities to be involved throughout all stages of projects with activities

related to Flexibles, rigid flowlines, PIP, Subsea structures, offshore/onshore fabrication and

installation.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Produce the material specifications for pipes, forgings, and bends.

• Reviews and clarifies offers received from pipes, bends, and forgings suppliers.

• Responsible of the materials selection according to the corrosive environment and the project

constraints.

• Perform CO2 corrosion calculation.

• Participate to meeting with Clients, Vendors and Suppliers, and interface with Client

representatives as required for resolving any technical issues.

• Support quality and SCM departments for supplier’s qualification.

• Participate to the R & D activities on materials and corrosion.

Profile:

• Good understanding of metallurgical and mechanical properties of metallic materials.

During The Bidding Phase

▪ Identify Tender Documents requirements and constraints which may prevent a successful project execution

▪ Ensure the definition and preparation of the Project Execution Plan addressing in particular how to manage potential risks in all critical areas of design, procurement of project materials and subcontracting services, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning and supervise the definition / preparation of the Project Execution Schedule

▪ Support, in coordination with the Technical Management Function and the Project Control Management Function, the Proposal Manager in defining the Work Breakdown Structure

▪ Estimate the Project home office and site management resources and prepare, supported by the other project organization roles, the Organization Charts and the Project Mobilization Plan

▪ Provide support, as necessary, to the Proposal Manager (for negotiation / clarification with Client and/or Partners and/or Nominated Subcontractors as far as the concerned management, split of work consolidation, project cash flow definition, Initial Project Architecture preparation and handover to execution phase)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeller/Piping Designer to join our EPCC project for a biodiesel plant located in Port Dickson. The role involves creating detailed 3D models and piping isometric drawings for the Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) areas, including the tank farm, loading-unloading bay, pump house, boiler house, and tie-ins to the Inside Battery Limits (ISBL). The candidate must be proficient in using Navisworks software and have experience with biodiesel or similar industrial plants.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models for OSBL areas of the biodiesel plant.
• Create accurate piping isometric drawings.
• Integrate OSBL 3D models with ISBL 3D drawings.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
• Conduct periodic on-site visits for discussions and inspections.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Utilize Navisworks software for all modelling tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in 3D modelling and piping isometric drawing.
• Proficiency in using Navisworks software.
• Previous experience with biodiesel or similar industrial plants is preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with periodic on-site presence in Port Dickson.
