We are looking for a Passive Flowline Product Senior Engineer to be part of our function "Flowline Product Team" within the "Global Projects Centre & Asia Pacific" (GPC & AP) business unit. You will be the technical / commercial “go-to engineer” responsible for managing several flowline products and providing product support to the wider Subsea7 business. This is a GPC & AP wide role, based in Sutton or Suresnes office. GENERIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Your general responsibilities will be: • You develop and foster a positive HSEQ culture throughout Subsea7 • You contribute to the yearly Product Teams business objectives • You manage several flowline products as assigned • You assist the Product S&M Lead and Product Engineering Manager during early engagement, FEED and tendering phases • You maintain product technical & commercial knowledge • You develop a constructive and professional relationship with all stakeholders • You support the professional and career development of self through continued professional training, mentoring, on the job development SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main responsibilities will be: • You are responsible for establishing and maintaining product road maps in relation with Product S&M and relevant technology programs with the aim to answer market demands, improve cost competitiveness, reduce complexity and delivery time of the product portfolio • You contribute / support / coordinate product improvement activities depending on size & budget • You conduct specific product studies & analysis in support of EHTF/Flowline Product Engineering Manager and Product S&M Lead • You work with Product SCM engineer to identify and progress component alternative sourcing solutions (product supply chain network competitiveness and resilience) • You support Product S&M Lead with technical inputs to early engagement studies and participate to product selection • You maintain & manage product knowledge including product communication materials • You stay apprised of technology advancements relevant to product portfolio with a specific focus on Industry papers, technical forums and patents PROFILE You will be able to demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas: • You have genuine interest in technical products and technology • You have a Rigid Pipeline expertise
