1) Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for providing high-level technical input, executing detailed design work, and ensuring the quality assurance of process deliverables for the FPSO Topsides facilities throughout the EPCC phase.
a) Technical Execution & Quality Assurance
- Execute detailed process engineering design activities covering major Topsides systems (e.g., Separation, Gas Compression, Water Treatment, and core Utilities).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in performing fundamental process engineering calculations (e.g., equipment sizing, line sizing/hydraulics, pressure relief, heat and material balances) and the subsequent preparation of
associated deliverables (e.g., PFD, UFD, P&ID, Process Data Sheets, Process Design Basis, Heat and Material Balance tables).
- Assist the System Lead Process Engineer as a technical checker for critical process deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Develop and finalize process documentation to support procurement and construction phases.
b) EPCC Phase Support
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of vendor submissions, ensuring compliance with specifications for major equipment packages.
- Actively participate in and provide expert input during all formal safety review processes, including HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) and SIL (Safety Integrity Level) studies, contributing process expertise across all relevant Topsides
sections to ensure design safety.
- Provide essential technical support to site teams during fabrication, pre- commissioning, and commissioning activities, assisting in the resolution of Site Technical Queries (STQs).

c) Interdiscipline Input & Collaboration

2) Qualification:
a) Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with significant experience in Offshore or FPSO Topsides projects.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Senior Engineer,or higher for at least one (1) FPSO EPCC project.
b) Technical Skills
- Broad, hands-on experience in the detailed design and engineering of multiple FPSO Topsides systems, including a strong foundation in hydrocarbon separation, stabilization, compression, and major utility systems.

Job Responsibilities:
- Topside Module Piping Lead: Play the Module Piping Lead role to manage the schedule, quality and all relevant aspects to ensure the design progress as per the schedule and with high quality. Liaise with other engineering disciplines ( e.g., process, mechanical, structural, electrical) to ensure integration of piping systems with other plant components, resolve interdisciplinary conflicts, and maintain design consistency throughout the project life-cycle.
- Piping Stress Analysis Review & Checking: Review piping stress analysis reports to validate the accuracy of load calculations (thermal, pressure, deadweight, seismic), stress levels, and support designs.
