Localisation : La Défense, Paris, avec des déplacements ponctuels à Nantes.
Contexte :
La Direction Ingénierie Interconnexions Réseau en Mer (DIIREM), responsable des projets d’infrastructure pour le raccordement des parcs éoliens en mer et des interconnexions internationales, cherche à renforcer la maîtrise des processus qualité et de gestion documentaire sur ses projets. La mission vise à diagnostiquer l’état actuel des processus et proposer des améliorations pour standardiser et améliorer la gestion de la qualité et des documents.
Missions principales :
• Analyser et améliorer les processus qualité existants, y compris les spécifications documentaires pour les contrats EPCI (câblier, PEM).
• Auditer les équipes qualité (responsables qualité, gestion documentaire, surveillance).
• Proposer des outils adaptés pour la gestion des processus et des interfaces (outil type Visio).
• Créer et formaliser les processus qualité et gestion documentaire sous forme de cartographie, logigrammes, et documentation associée.
• Proposer des méthodes de surveillance et de pilotage des processus avec indicateurs de suivi.
• Mettre en place des tableaux de bord et des formations pour les équipes DMPP concernant les processus et outils sélectionnés.

Job Summary:
The Senior Process Safety Engineer will be responsible for leading process safety activities during the Concept Development and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phases of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) projects. The role involves ensuring that safety is integrated into the project design from the early stages, addressing the unique challenges associated with LNG facilities. The engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, efficient, and compliant design solutions, providing expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety system design specific to LNG operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development for LNG Projects:
- Participate in the development of project concepts, including the selection of LNG processing and storage technologies.
- Identify potential process safety risks unique to LNG operations, such as cryogenic hazards, vapor cloud explosions, and high-pressure systems.
- Develop safety design philosophies and criteria tailored to LNG projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Front-End Engineering Design (FEED):
- Lead and manage process safety activities during the FEED phase for LNG projects, ensuring that safety considerations are integral to the design.
- Conduct and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), including HAZID, HAZOP, and What-If studies, with a focus on LNG-specific hazards.
