Role Overview

The Structural Designer will support offshore, FPSO, and marine interface projects by developing detailed structural layouts and drawings for safety-critical offshore steel structures. Key Responsibilities

Senior Transportation & Installation Engineer (FLNG)

Job Summary

Sr. Engineer T&I as part of project team to ensure the planning, engineering, execution, completion of FLNG transportation and installation works performed in safely manner and in accordance with project requirements.

Sr. Engineer T&I is responsible for technical oversight, T&I permits & certifications compliance, interface management and execution assurance of all FLNG T&I activities. Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities

The SR Land Matters Officer is Responsible for the planning, management, and resolution of all land matters related to oil and gas project activities, particularly in the construction and operation areas of the company's facilities. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the legality and security of project land, maintaining relationships with landowners, the community/customary people, and local governments, and ensuring that all land acquisition/Ulayat compensation and use activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.


Responsibility

  • Lead administrative, technical, and communication activities related to project land matters.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for resolving land issues to support the project schedule.
  • Manage relationships between the company and landowners, community/clan leaders, and government officials.
  • Ensure that there are no land disputes or claims that hinder project activities.
  • Provide regular reports to the Lead Permitting Officer and External Affairs Manager.
  • Ensure permitting documents are integrated with the project documentation system (document control).
  • Provide regular reports on permit status to Project Management.
  • Promote company’s standards and HSSE policies to stakeholders.


Work Relationship

Internal:

  • Coordinate with the Legal, Community Relations, HSE, Engineering, Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Report directly to the Lead Permitting Officer (JOC).

External:

  • Interact with the National Land Agency (BPN), the Land Agency, local governments, and traditional institutions.
  • Involve legal consultants or land surveyors when necessary.
  • Liaise with local communities and landowners to resolve land administration issues.
