Job Description:

The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

a. Oversight of technical performance, maintenance, and optimization of energy assets.

b. Collection, analysis, and management of assets’ system information/data including maintaining all assets’ performance monitoring dashboards.

c. Evaluation of plant operations, technical modifications, safety improvements, cost reduction strategies, and enhanced reliability & efficiency.

d. Ensuring ongoing excellence in operational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance of assets.

e. Timely preparation of necessary reports, budgets, and environmental compliance reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to managed assets.

f. Liaising with stakeholders and management of technical issues within the area of specialization.

g. Provide technical support to plan, execute and oversee power projects from inception to completion.

h. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scopes, timelines, and relevant inputs to meet development stage requirements such as technical inputs for financial modeling and commercial evaluation.

i. Review project documents such as feasibility study reports and design documents to identify potential risks prior to investment decision.

j. Address technical issues and provide innovative solutions as challenges arise.

k. Frequent traveling to power assets is required.

Requirement:

Candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

a. A bachelor’s degree in engineering related field such as Mechanical/Electrical engineering or other relevant engineering.

b. Knowledge and experience in power plant projects.

c. At least 7 years’ experience in thermal power plant O&M or asset management with managerial position, coal and/or gas fired experience will be an added advantage.

d. Ability to analyze data, solve engineering problems and implement plans to improve efficiency.

e. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Good written and presentation skills with ability to write accurate and detailed technical reports.

f. Knowledge of ISO standards and industrywide good practices in power industry

g. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

h. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified AOC QM 26 inspector for a resident role at Sulzer Saudi Pump Company Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires immediate mobilization, ideally starting in October 2024, with an anticipated residency extending through mid to end of November 2024. The candidate will investigate, assess, and ensure adherence to quality standards for pump manufacturing processes at the site, providing on-the-ground quality assurance and inspection.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections according to AOC QM 26 standards.
• Monitor and assess production processes, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate any deviations in production or quality standards, and provide detailed reports.
• Coordinate closely with the local team to facilitate smooth communication and uphold quality controls.
• Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions as needed to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Certified AOC QM 26 inspector with relevant experience in pump manufacturing or similar industries.
• Strong background in quality inspection, preferably with experience in the Middle East or on-site inspections.
• Ability to mobilize quickly and commit to residency in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Purpose

The Senior Pre-Commissioning Engineer will oversee and execute pre-commissioning Pipeline activities to ensure that all subsea systems and components are ready for operational service. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pre-commissioning Pipeline procedures and processes for subsea Pipeline projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the integration and coordination of pre-commissioning activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards throughout the pre-commissioning phase.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including test plans and reports.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and implement solutions during the pre-commissioning phase.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven senior-level experience in pre-commissioning within subsea Pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry.

Preferred Qualifications

Based in Indonesia, this role requires more than 12 years of experience in transportation, installation, and offshore projects. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution, aligning with industry standards and client requirements.

Job Description

• Perform as Leads / Sub-lead / Senior Engineer in project execution and takes the ownership of the specific tasks in a project:

• Technical responsibility of Material Requisition

• Performing Design Calculations

• Forecasting of MTO’s for design area

With a strong focus on stability and safety, the engineer will contribute to the success of offshore projects in alignment with project weight requirements.

Your role and responsibilities may encompass, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing Weight Control Procedures.
• Creating and maintaining regular Weight Control Reports.
• Collaborating with the Project Management Team and discipline leaders to gather data on weights and Center of Gravity (CoG) locations.
• Reviewing data from all engineering disciplines to ensure alignment with plant layout and project requirements.
