We are urgently seeking a Freelance E&I Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) systems to support a short-term tender package. This role is ideal for engineers with solid experience in control systems, hydraulic layouts, and technical documentation.



🎯 Scope of Work


  • Develop General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for WHCPs, including:
  • Overall dimensions
  • Well Control Module (WCM) layout
  • Pump layout
  • E&I Junction Boxes (JBs)

Scope

  • To be part of Process Engineering team in providing process engineering support to Floating Carbon Storage and Injection Unit (FCSIU) facilities Project which will be in Pre-FEED stage.
  • The Process Engineer is expected to support in developing Process Engineering deliverables such as process calculations, process datasheets, HMB generation, process drawings (PFD, P&IDs), Line List, assisting Senior/Lead Engineer on other process deliverables as when time require.
  • To manage and be accountable for task given, as delegated by the Lead Engineer of the project.
  • Ensuring produced deliverables is of good quality by adhering to Project’s requirements, Process Department Procedure and other relevant procedures.


Qualification

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Registered with BEM.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil and gas production and processing design. Experience in CCS or the Cryogenic service project is an advantage.


Competency

  • Able to utilize process simulation software such as ASPEN HYSYS.
  • Able and has the experience to perform standard process engineering deliverables mentioned in Scope.
  • Having experience in designing CCS facility, cryogenic system and/or liquid and vapour CO2 related system is preferred.

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Min. 10 years of working experience in the related field.

General Manager, Process

Job Responsibilities:

1. To develop, configure and optimize process facilities design from inception. This includes the development of process simulations with optimized process scheme, high accuracy; and prepare the process simulation report or technical notes.

2. Take pro-active approach in resolutions related to existing assets, by carrying all the stake holders along while providing acceptable solutions within the time frame. The stake holders could be internal BAB operations personnel, Clients, Vendors, external Engineering consultants, Sub-Contractors, Classification society and 3rd party reviewers.

3. Development of PFDs, P&IDs, PSDs, SAFE Charts, Cause and Effect Matrix, specifications, data sheets, calculations, and relevant reports, technical note and philosophy.

Senior HVAC Engineer
