Mission/Service Dimensions

• The purpose of the service activities is to carry out all the technical flow assurance studies for block 58, as part of the installations necessary for the development of the first field of B58.
• Carrying out all the flow assurance studies for GPI Suriname Project.
• Preparing and monitoring of the HIPS file, when necessary.

Activities

• Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE, implement HSE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
• Preparation of documents bringing together the design bases necessary for flow assurance studies, requiring consultation with other disciplines, and integration of the results of fluid analyzes for which data must be obtained.
• Definition of the flow assurance studies to be carried out at each stage of the studies, together with the identification of assistance and subcontracting needs. The provider will be monitoring and completing all the required studies.
• Management of the progress of flow assurance activities, advice and guidance of technical contractor and GPI teams involved in Flow-Assurance activities, proposal of necessary technical decisions on time.
• Verification of the proper production of internal deliverables and contractor deliverables relating to the Flow - Assurance discipline (quality and deadlines).
• Be the focal point for Flow Assurance for the various reviews and technical audits planned (i.e. preparation, monitoring, closure).
• Selection and optimal sizing of networks and definition of their operability regarding hydraulic, thermal and fluid risks or design constraints linked to the different packages; investigation into possible design options and carrying out sensitivity studies to make the necessary technical decisions.
• Definition and preparation of summary documents of the flow assurance data necessary for each package according to the study stages.
• Ensure that all flow assurance and process studies are consistent with operating philosophy. Highlight any modification in the operating philosophy that is shown necessary by flow assurance and process studies
• Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for Process/FA discipline

Context & Environment

• The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by TotalEnergies OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.
• The technical challenges the GPI / Project will face are the reservoir development and management, FPSO, and subsea production/injection system.
• The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives of maximizing economic results by optimizing the reserves, and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focusing.

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Qualification: Master’s degree in engineering, with specialization in subsea pipeline/risers,
• At least 15 years professional experience in Oil & Gas deepwater projects, as Installation Engineer, onshore and offshore,
• Knowledge of Total Referential, as well relevant codes and standards,
• Good communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized, leadership and ability to put issues into perspective Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Subsea Production System Umbilical Riser Package Control Lead to oversee contracts, planning, cost control, documentation, risk management, HR, and logistics for the Suriname B58 Project. This role is critical in ensuring the effective execution of the project with a focus on maximizing results while adhering to high H3SE and compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure exemplary compliance with HSSE rules, ethics, and the company’s Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate and support the Project Control team of the SPS package.
• Implement and monitor Project Control procedures, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Oversee subsea package risk management and maintain an updated risk register.
• Lead the contracting process, manage awarded contracts, and collaborate with technical specialists.
• Prepare, update, and control the subsea package budget; propose cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate and monitor schedules and progress, ensuring integration with the overall project timeline.
• Lead transverse activities, reporting, and task forces for the Subsea package.
• Establish and maintain the subsea package Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Manage HR activities, including mobilization plans and logistics.
• Contribute to the development of the Subsea package Implementation Plan and local development initiatives.
• Consolidate inputs for the Long-Term Plan (LTP) related to the Subsea package.
• Report issues and concerns to the Subsea package manager, ensuring rigorous management of change orders and claims.
• Perform and supervise project close-out activities, documenting lessons learned for future projects.

Job Requirements

1. Education: High-level qualifications in Project Controls, Contract Management, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years in oil and gas contracts writing, negotiating, and management.
3. At least 10 years of project-specific experience in subsea production or related disciplines.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and document control.
5. Software: Advanced proficiency in Excel.
6. Languages: Fluency in English and French.
7. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field is required.

Job Scopes:

• Develop, maintain, optimize, and report project schedules for the CCGT.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering, procurement and construction teams to stay the project progress achieved up to date and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Interact with the parties, such as EPC conpower island equipment OEM, major suppliers, engineering and construction sub-cons for their progress of work.
• Coordinate with other project stakeholders such as the project owner, or TNB, Petronas for their inputs for project schedule updating.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the project owner and the owner’s engineer to stay them updated on the project progress and address their comments on the project schedule.
• Analyze project progress and performance data to identify trends and suggest corrective actions.

Requirements:
