Role Overview

The Piping Designer will develop detailed offshore piping layouts using AVEVA E3D, with a strong focus on tight FPSO layouts, clash resolution, and offshore constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop piping layouts considering accessibility, safety, and maintenance

Role Overview

The Piping Engineer will lead offshore piping design and engineering activities for marine and offshore systems, ensuring constructability, operability, and compliance within tight offshore layouts.

Role Overview

The Pipe Stress Engineer will be responsible for offshore and marine piping stress analysis for FPSO mooring, offshore loading, and marine interface systems. This role requires strong engineering judgement beyond software execution, with direct ownership of safety-critical piping systems exposed to dynamic and environmental loading.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar II for offshore and marine piping systems
• Assess dynamic effects including wave, vessel motion, thermal expansion, and operational loads
• Develop and review stress reports, load cases, and support requirements
• Interface with piping, structural, and E&I teams to resolve stress-related design issues

Project Manager – Decommissioning Options Assessment (DOA)

Engagement: Part-time (3–4 months)

Role Overview

The Senior Project Engineer supports the execution of midstream oil & gas projects, working across multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with technical and commercial objectives. The role focuses on project coordination, interface management, and execution oversight across midstream-type assets and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior project engineering support across project planning, execution, and delivery phases
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering inputs related to midstream facilities, pipelines, terminals, and associated infrastructure
• Review and manage engineering deliverables, technical submissions, and contractor documentation

Job Summary / Principal Accountabilities

To strengthen internal controls, enforce governance discipline, and ensure full compliance with corporate policies,

EPCIC contract requirements, documentation and finance standards. Acts as the primary focal point for Group Internal

Audit, ensuring audit readiness and compliance throughout Client Oil & Gas project execution and overall, Company

operations.

Responsibility

A. Internal Audit Management

- Main liaison with Group Internal Audit and external auditors

- Coordinate audit engagements, evidence submissions, and interviews.

- Lead closing of audit findings through Corrective And Preventive Action (CAPA).

- Maintain Audit Findings Register.

B. Internal Controls Framework

- Implement controls across Finance, SCM, Project Controls, and general processes.

- Ensure DOA/LOA compliance, procurement governance, segregation of duties, progress certification, accruals

validation, etc.

- Enforce fraud-risk and conflict-of-interest controls.

C. EPCIC Contract Compliance & Governance

- Maintain Contract Compliance Matrix for Oil & gas projects.

- Ensure correct documentation for milestone payments, AFC submissions, NCR closures, performance tests,

insurances, bonds.

- Track contract notices and obligations.

D. Documentation & Records Management

- Implement filing systems aligned with company procedure, ISO, lenders, and GIA standards.

- Ensure traceability of approvals, decisions, deviations, Variation Order Proposal (VOP)/Change Order (CO)

workflows, procurement files.

- Conduct weekly spot checks.

E. Risk Management & Reporting

- Lead updates to Project Risk Register.

- Identify process weaknesses, propose mitigations.

- Prepare monthly governance/compliance reports for Project Director, EXCO, and Audit Committee.

F. Training & Culture Building

- Conduct training on audit readiness, documentation, procurement governance, contract compliance.

- Strengthen compliance culture across PMT.

Minimum Requirements / Work Experiences

Experience:

- min 15 years experiences

- past Senior Manager position in Big-4 audit experience

- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk-based controls, evidence testing, process review.

- Experience auditing EPC/EPCIC, LNG, petrochemical, or major CAPEX projects.

Qualification:

- ACCA/CPA/CA qualified.

- Strong knowledge of internal controls (COSO/SOX), IFRS 15, IAS 16/36/37.

- O&G owner/operator experience.

- Insurance & offshore understanding.
