Responsibility
1. Prepare and review Test Plan (ITP) and/or Quality Control Plan which guarantee compliance with project requirements, applicable code and international standards.
2. Ensure the offshore production facilities and related equipment are manufactured in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
3. Ensure that quality control procedures are developed and that contractors carry out their work in accordance with approved procedures with full traceability and accountability.
4. Plan, arrange for, and carry out audits as appropriate to ensure that the activities of the project team and the contractors/subcontractors are conducted to the appropriate quality standards.
5. Ensure the Contractor Project QAQC resources are utilized as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
6. Identify and ensure production of necessary quality control procedures and promote their systematic application within the project.
7. Review and approve Quality Manuals and associated Quality Plans and procedures for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
8. Liaise closely with the Company Certification Engineer responsible for Indonesian permitting and certification to ensure that the progress of the work is maintained, and government/regulatory requirements are met. Also to rationalize the levels of inspection undertaken at supplier premises to
avoid duplicated effort.
9. Ensure that adequate arrangements are made for Company oversight of quality control in all areas.
10. Ensure that appropriate tracking systems are in place to record and resolve non-compliance issues via the appropriate project team members.
11. Prepare requirements for Company inspectors and equipment for each stage of the project.
12. Monitor work progress via the inspection staff and verify compliance with program requirements.
13. Ensure that the fabricators, vendors and manufacturers meet all quality requirements and obligations by initiating audits and inspections.
14. Work closely with Company HSES Coordinator in monitoring the implementation and maintenance of contractor safety.
15. Work closely with Company QA/QC Lead in monitoring the implementation and maintenance of contractor quality systems.
16. Perform detailed inspections of materials, products, and processes to ensure compliance with project requirement and industrial standards requirements.
17. Manage document inspection results, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
18. Collaborate with production/construction teams and management to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. To ensure inspection activities are smoothly according to a project planned.
19. Assist QAQC lead to Conduct regular audits of operational procedures and practices to identify areas for improvement.

21. Provide training and support to staff on quality control processes and inspection techniques.
22. Effectively interface with a construction team on various disciplines regarding quality issues and enhance best practices for successful project execution.

Job Specification
1.Diploma in Engineering or Science, preferably in Metallurgy or Mechanical.
2. At least seven (7) years relevant experience for inspection of Pressure Vessel, Boiler or Heat
Exchanger and 5 years related to oil and gas.
3. Have a minimum Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 certificate or similar recognized Certification Scheme.
4. Have NDT Level Qualification II in at least two methods of RT, UT, MT, PT as per SNT-TC-1A.
6. Familiar with the following codes and standards: API, ASME, ASTM, DIN, ANSI, NACE, ISO, TEMA and EN.
7. Familiar with Class Rules, Indonesian regulatory (MIGAS Technical Inspection) for mechanical static equipment.

Senior Topside & Completion Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Topside Handover & Completion Engineer to oversee the systematic completion and handover of topside systems in line with commissioning milestones. This is a key position for ensuring technical compliance, readiness for operations, and alignment with international completion standards and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-Commissioning (PC), and Ready For Commissioning (RFC) processes for topside systems.
- Interface with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless system turnover.
- Maintain, verify, and update the completion management system (CMS) – preferably tools like WinPCS, PIMS, or similar.
