Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

A leading upstream oil and gas operator is seeking a seasoned Project QA/QC Lead to join its PMT for a major offshore Terengganu development. The role provides quality governance and assurance oversight across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, offshore installation, hook up, commissioning, and start up. The QA/QC Lead will act as the assurance focal point for contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan in line with operator standards, PSC requirements, and ISO 9001.
• Provide oversight of contractor QA/QC activities including ITPs, welding, WPS/PQRs, NDT, coating, and material traceability.
• Review and approve contractor and vendor QA/QC documentation and deliverables.
