Key Responsibilities 

• Directly supervises Engineers and drafters and report to Lead Engineer/Engineering Manager. 

• Preparation of RFQ, Material Requisition, Technical Clarification and TBE. 

• Review/Check Vendor Data and incorporate in engineering deliverables. 

• Support other disciplines in evaluating equipment packages and carry out Inter-discipline document 

review 

• Preparation of Instrument Index, I/O List, Datasheets, Termination Diagrams and Loop Diagram. 

• Preparation of Hook-up Diagram, Typical Installation drawings and MTO/BQ. 

• Preparation of Instrument Location Layout, Main Cable Routing, Cable Block Diagrams and Wiring 

Diagrams. 

• Preparation of Fire & Gas layout drawings, Routing Diagrams, Block Diagrams and Wiring Diagrams. 

• Check/review/comment drawings and documents prepared by subordinates and to guide and advise 

them accordingly. 

• Review ITB/Scope of Work documents from prospective Clients and prepare manhour estimates and 

support Proposals team as required. 

• Perform project engineering duties and support Project team as required. 

Requirements 

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent from college/ 

university. 

• Registered with Board of Engineers, Malaysia 

• At least 8 – 10 years of experience or more of work experiences in onshore/offshore engineering in oil 

& gas industry. 

• Conversant with international design codes and standards. 

• Ability to carry out site visits and to incorporate design details accordingly in engineering deliverables. 

• Familiar with MS Office software including MS Word/Excel. 

• Committed and disciplined to complete assigned work to required standards and meet project 

schedules. 

• Strong initiative & highly motivated in performing tasks given. 

• Able to work independently and guide juniors in their professional development.

During the Service execution, the Service holder will need to ensure that:

• Project QMS will be duly implemented by all team members of the UFR package.

• The UFR EPC and Service Contractor Quality Management System will be fully developed, established & maintained in compliance with the EPC Contract, and that specifically, but not limited to, will be in line with Contract Exhibit H.

The PMC/PMT Project Manager will oversee the FPSO project in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring successful execution, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing project phases such as design, construction, and commissioning, while maintaining HSE compliance and budget control.

We are looking for a Senior Drafter with expertise in architectural and structural drafting. The candidate should have experience in creating detailed technical drawings, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Fully conversant with DNV-ST-F101 requirements and relevant general international standards

General Inspection duties description

Inspector shall in general be responsible for monitoring performance of both contractor and sub-contractor

and Quality Control matters. Main tasks include:

• Witnessing Supplier/Contractor activities ensuring the proper implementation of the approved

Inspection & test plans and relevant QC Procedures.

• Highlighting any non-conforming material or activity for Supplier/Contractor to issue the relevant

report and corrective action

• Reviewing Inspection Test Records upon completion of test and inspections ensuring

their timely issuing by Supplier/Contractor to prevent backlogs.

Specific Plate Mill duties

Mill surveillance ensuring activities are carried out in line with technical specification – ITP/ MPS and other

As we progress, our client has outlined specific requirements for the composition of our OE team, emphasizing the inclusion of local personnel from Côte d'Ivoire as well as seasoned European/American engineers.

To align with these requirements, here are the details of the team members we are seeking:

European/American Personnel:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive teamwork attitude are paramount.
• Candidates must bring a wealth of experience in combined cycle thermal power plant and financing endeavors.
• Prior exposure to African projects is highly valued, facilitating a smoother adaptation to the unique challenges and working conditions in the region.

Project introduction:

The project is located in Songon County, west of Abidjan, the economic capital of Côte d'Ivoire. The total investment of the project is 629.37 million euros, of which 517.33 million euros is for the power plant and 112.04 million euros is for the transmission and transformation lines. The power plant will be developed under the BOOT model, with a construction period of 36 months and a concession period of 35 years. The annual power generation after completion is expected to be 2800 GWh. The transmission and transformation lines will be developed under the BT model, with a construction period of 18 months. The project company will complete the construction and financing on behalf of the government of Côte d'Ivoire, and transfer the facilities to the government after completion.

Job Scopes:

• Develop, maintain, optimize, and report project schedules for the CCGT.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering, procurement and construction teams to stay the project progress achieved up to date and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Interact with the parties, such as EPC conpower island equipment OEM, major suppliers, engineering and construction sub-cons for their progress of work.

1.     Subsea well head operation involves well opening, well closing and monitoring DHPT as pert he requirements and logging data for well performance studies.

Job Title: Nuclear Materials Inspection Specialist

Project Type: Inspection and Quality Assurance for UF6 Cylinder and PSP Shipments

Job Purpose:

To conduct thorough pre-shipment and loading inspections of UF6 cylinders and PSPs, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety standards and adherence to specified inspection criteria. The role requires expertise in handling radioactive materials and performing inspections according to detailed protocols, including radiation dose rate measurements and contamination checks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-shipment Inspection of UF6 Cylinders and PSPs:

• Perform visual and subcriticality inspections of cylinders and PSPs (Protective Shipping Packages).
• Conduct lifting and external surface contamination inspections.
• Complete sealing inspections for both cylinders and PSPs.
• Measure radiation dose rates and verify compliance with Form OPT-2005-01 Rev.1 and subsequent revisions.

1. Post-packing Inspections:

• Inspect after tightening fastening devices using specific inspection forms.
• Conduct checks for external surface contamination, sealing integrity, and radiation dose rates.
• Complete visual and sealing inspections on packed cylinders and PSPs.

1. Record Verification and Data Inspection:

• Verify weights and contents (UF6 data) based on Form OPT-2005-02 Rev.1.
• Perform cylinder leak tests and record all inspection results.
• Complete sealing and dose rate inspections, ensuring all records are in compliance with procedural requirements.

1. Loading Inspections:

• Oversee the marking and labeling inspection process on vehicles or containers before/after loading as per Form OPT-2005-03 Rev.1.
• Conduct visual inspections of the PSPs on trailers, railways, and flat-rack containers.

1. Radiation Dose Rate and Surface Contamination Inspection on Flat-rack Containers:

• Perform radiation dose rate and surface contamination inspections on flat-rack containers as specified.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety limits and submit findings to Sojitz Machinery Corporation for analysis.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Accurately document inspection findings using required forms.
• Complete and submit the filling list of measuring instruments.
• Affix security stickers on P10 tubes and report seal numbers accordingly.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear material handling or a related field, with a strong background in radiation safety and inspection protocols.

The Project Engineer will be responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of project tasks, ensuring that all activities align with contract requirements and project timelines. This position involves liaising with stakeholders, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan for tender submissions.
