OVERVIEW: Within our Energy BU, the ideal candidate will deal with technical and management activities related to the Offshore Subsea Structures for Oil & Gas field. MAIN TASKS: • Development of engineering studies and analyses relevant to the design, verification and certification of offshore and subsea structures, either existing or new. • Carrying out design and engineering consulting activities at different levels (feasibility studies, concept selection, basic design, detail design, FEED, cost estimation) relevant to subsea/offshore projects. • Develop structural stress analysis, the definition of layout for structures, equipment, flange, fittings etc. • Supporting and preparing technical and commercial proposals. • Cooperating in the preparation of technical papers, rules, and guidelines. • Interfacing with client and the project team. EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS: • Having experience (3-5 years) in Oil&Gas field will be considered as a plus • Experience in the in offshore/subsea structures area will be considered as relevant plus • Experience in carrying our FEM calculations will be considered as relevant plus • Knowledge and Experience in using relevant softaware will be considered as a strong plus: ANSYS, EnExSys, Civil Design, SAP2000, etc • Knowledge of engineering tools and methods suitable for structural engineering. • Good English and Italian level, both spoken and written. • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad for short-medium periods, depending on project needs, to attend meetings, site operations or to work temporarily at client premises. # Scope of Work for Commissioning Manager for Project A in Penang ## Overview This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the responsibilities and deliverables for the role of Commissioning Manager for Project A located in Penang. The project involves a plant for semiconductor manufacturing. The construction phase is nearing completion, and the primary focus of this role will be on mechanical and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The Commissioning Manager will be engaged in a 2 to 3-year mission to ensure successful commissioning and handover of the facility. --- ## Objectives 1. To ensure all mechanical and HVAC systems are installed, tested, and operational as per design specifications. 2. To manage and oversee all commissioning activities, including coordination with various stakeholders. 3. To provide leadership and technical expertise to the commissioning team. 4. To ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards and regulations. --- ## Roles and Responsibilities ### Planning and Documentation 1. Develop a detailed Commissioning Plan in collaboration with the engineering and project management teams. 2. Prepare commissioning schedules and allocate resources as needed. 3. Maintain all necessary commissioning records, logs, and documentation. ### Execution 1. Oversee the installation and testing of mechanical and HVAC systems. 2. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and in-house teams for commissioning activities. 3. Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). ### Quality and Compliance 1. Ensure all commissioning activities meet or exceed quality standards and specifications. 2. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments. 3. Make sure all activities are in compliance with environmental regulations. ### Reporting and Handover 1. Prepare status reports for senior management. 2. Lead the handover process to the operations team, including training and documentation. 3. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum of 10 years experience in commissioning, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. 3. Candidate must have a recognised B.Sc. or B.E. Degree in Mechanical or similar education background with at least two (2) to five (5) years working experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry pertaining to offshore and onshore production facilities and mechanical design. Areas in which knowledge and experience required but not limited to the following: • Develop and maintain Project Master Equipment List. • Experience in preparation of Mechanical specification for static and rotating equipment. • Experience in preparation of datasheet for static and rotating equipment. • Experience in preparation of Material Requisition static and rotating equipment. • Working knowledge of applicable international codes and standards ( API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, ISO, TEMA, European Directives (as applicable), NACE, NFPA, NORSOK). • Experience in use and understanding of implementation of company specification such as PTS (Petronas), DEP (Shell), GP, MPDS (Exxonmobil), etc. • Capable to understanding to read Process and Instrument Diagram (P&ID). • Able to work with other discipline on requesting input and providing input. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Ability to interface with equipment suppliers or vendors such as request for information, budgetary proposal and basic technical evaluation. • Basic understanding on technical bid evaluation (TBE) activities such as preparation of TBE criteria and TBE evaluation. • Basic understanding of Vendor Data Review (VDR) and Vendor Data Incorporation (VDI) related activities. • Basic understanding in offshore platform and onshore facility material handling requirements and preparation material handling study report. • Able to assist senior and lead engineer in preparation of Equipment Layout. • Proficient in Naviswork for review of 3D model.

- A recognised degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry. - Experienced in associated with engineering design, onshore fabrication, offshore installation, brownfield construction and hook-up and commissioning of offshore structures e.g. Fixed Offshore Platforms, FPSO modules - Proficient in engineering analysis software such as SACS (mandatory) and/or other relevant softwares. - Strong technical background and knowledge with good written and spoken communication skills. - Professional membership with BEM and IEM or equivalent engineering chartership is advantageous.

We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor with experience in FPSO construction/ Commissioning.

Your assignment - Location: Madagascar - Duration: one year (renewable) Your main responsibilities The Painting Supervisor will be working under a program implemented to bring our client's assets and plant to acceptable structural integrity and corrosion degradation level by managing both CAPEX and OPEX (Maintenance) in terms of structural repairs and painting activities. He/She will report to the Corrosion Program Superintendent. He/She will be responsible for the execution in scope, time, quality, and schedule of the painting program. He/She will coordinate painting workshop activities and field execution with internal painters and contractors. The main responsibilities are the following: - Supervise the painting team in order to make sure the new works and maintenance works related to painting are performed as per specifications - Be the interface with site managers and the Program Superintendent - Be in charge of the activities in terms of safety, quality, progress, routine inspection, and reporting. To directly supervise Contractor for all works related to the said activities - Define existing backlog activities related to painting, establish work organization, and schedule for backlog recovery. - Organize works by priority - Prepare Work Permit or other required documents - Ensure that the resources (personnel, equipment, consumables, others) and organization are suitable to the ongoing and scheduled workloads - Prepare and maintain up-to-date activity follow-up tables (progress, others) - Regular reporting highlighting progress, and critical problems if any - Keep a close link to Coating Engineer - Share and encourage good industrial practices related to the disciplines under his/her responsibility - Assure that Local regulations, Client rules, Standards, and Safety procedures are respected during the project - Ensure safe working practices are carried out by the team and Contractor - Promote safety awareness and safe performance among Production group, including Contractor personnel - Ensure the quality of the work performed. - Follow-up of all painting activities, up to work completion and perform routine QC inspection including consumables and materials received in the workshop, with QAQC Internal Coating Inspector support. - Review Contractor’s planning (if applicable), and progress reports for all the activities related to painting, highlighting critical problems if any.
