Project Description:

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is a 1,443 km pipeline that transports oil from Uganda's Lake Albert oilfields to the port of Tanga in Tanzania. 80% of the pipeline runs through Tanzania. The project includes six pumping stations and a terminal and jetty at Tanga for loading oil onto tankers. Mission et description des tâches :

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département « Électricité », nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Électricité HT/BT Expérimenté(e) F/H.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du département « Électricité », vous serez en charge du chiffrage de la partie Électricité pour les offres. Vous assurerez la revue et l’analyse technique des dossiers, puis évaluerez les budgets (études et matériels).

Vos principales missions seront :

• Revoir les dossiers techniques d’appel d’offres des clients.
• Synthétiser les points critiques (endossement).
• Élaborer les budgets d’étude selon le plan d’exécution défini par le Responsable de l’offre.
• Préparer les MTO (Material Take Off) et BOQ (Bill of Quantities) pour le chiffrage du matériel.
• Effectuer des consultations préliminaires auprès des fournisseurs pour le matériel principal.
• Établir et mettre à jour régulièrement une base de prix pour les matériels électriques.
• Participer à la rédaction de l’offre technique et, si nécessaire, élaborer les documents techniques requis (schéma unifilaire, spécifications et fiches techniques nécessaires aux consultations préliminaires, etc.).

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur(e) ou BTS en Électricité, avec une expérience de 10 à 15 ans sur des projets en EPC dans le domaine de l’électricité courants forts.
• Mobilité pour des missions en France ou à l’international.
• Sens de l’organisation, goût pour le travail en équipe, autonomie et dynamisme.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (au minimum technique).

Mobilité internationale indispensable dans le cadre de nos projets.

Mission et descriptif de tâches :

Vous aurez pour mission de développer la documentation technique nécessaire à l’installation de structures en mer, en respectant les spécifications et contraintes du client, ainsi que les capacités de nos navires et barges et la faisabilité sur site.

Les domaines couverts incluent :

• Pipelines (pose en J et déroulé), Risers (simple ou multiple), Spools, Jumpers
• Structures sous-marines
• Flexibles, Ombilicaux
• Flotteurs (FPSO…), ancrages, bouées et lignes de déchargement

Vous serez également amené(e) à renforcer les équipes travaillant sur l'installation de plates-formes, de pipelines (pose en S) et d'éoliennes (flottantes ou fixes).

Vous interagirez et coordonnerez avec l'ensemble des activités de Saipem (Design, Operations, Assets, Achats, Sous-traitance, Appels d'Offre) de la phase d'étude à la réalisation.

Vous serez responsable de l’assistance technique à bord des navires lors des phases de travaux.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme d’Ingénieur(e) (Grandes Écoles, Généraliste, Production ou Travaux), avec une première expérience (idéalement sur site) dans le domaine de la construction, en tant qu'Ingénieur(e) projet Onshore/Offshore, en Construction, en Travaux Maritimes, ou en tant qu'Ingénieur(e) d’Études Offshore.
• Désir de travailler dans un environnement international, avec de solides compétences en communication, flexibilité et adaptabilité pour passer du processus formel à la réalisation.
• Maîtrise indispensable de l'anglais et disponibilité pour une mobilité géographique totale pour des missions Offshore et Onshore (durée inférieure à 30 jours) ou des périodes d’expatriation.
