Senior Topside & Completion Engineer

Our client is seeking a Senior Topside Handover & Completion Engineer to oversee the systematic completion and handover of topside systems in line with commissioning milestones. This is a key position for ensuring technical compliance, readiness for operations, and alignment with international completion standards and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre-Commissioning (PC), and Ready For Commissioning (RFC) processes for topside systems.
- Interface with Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless system turnover.
- Maintain, verify, and update the completion management system (CMS) – preferably tools like WinPCS, PIMS, or similar.
- Lead punch list walkdowns and verification of system status based on approved test packs and inspection records.
- Ensure all handover documentation (test records, ITRs, MDRs) is complete and fully traceable in accordance with project requirements.
- Participate in system readiness reviews and support audits by client or authorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.

- Strong experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as WinPCS, PIMS, ICAPS, or equivalent.
