Mission et description des tâches :

Dans le cadre du développement de notre département « Électricité », nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Électricité HT/BT Expérimenté(e) F/H.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du département « Électricité », vous serez en charge du chiffrage de la partie Électricité pour les offres. Vous assurerez la revue et l’analyse technique des dossiers, puis évaluerez les budgets (études et matériels).

Vos principales missions seront :

• Revoir les dossiers techniques d’appel d’offres des clients.
• Synthétiser les points critiques (endossement).
• Élaborer les budgets d’étude selon le plan d’exécution défini par le Responsable de l’offre.
• Préparer les MTO (Material Take Off) et BOQ (Bill of Quantities) pour le chiffrage du matériel.
• Effectuer des consultations préliminaires auprès des fournisseurs pour le matériel principal.
• Établir et mettre à jour régulièrement une base de prix pour les matériels électriques.
• Participer à la rédaction de l’offre technique et, si nécessaire, élaborer les documents techniques requis (schéma unifilaire, spécifications et fiches techniques nécessaires aux consultations préliminaires, etc.).

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur(e) ou BTS en Électricité, avec une expérience de 10 à 15 ans sur des projets en EPC dans le domaine de l’électricité courants forts.
• Mobilité pour des missions en France ou à l’international.
• Sens de l’organisation, goût pour le travail en équipe, autonomie et dynamisme.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (au minimum technique).

Mobilité internationale indispensable dans le cadre de nos projets.

Mission et descriptif de tâches :

Vous aurez pour mission de développer la documentation technique nécessaire à l’installation de structures en mer, en respectant les spécifications et contraintes du client, ainsi que les capacités de nos navires et barges et la faisabilité sur site.

Les domaines couverts incluent :

• Pipelines (pose en J et déroulé), Risers (simple ou multiple), Spools, Jumpers
• Structures sous-marines
• Flexibles, Ombilicaux
• Flotteurs (FPSO…), ancrages, bouées et lignes de déchargement

Vous serez également amené(e) à renforcer les équipes travaillant sur l'installation de plates-formes, de pipelines (pose en S) et d'éoliennes (flottantes ou fixes).

Vous interagirez et coordonnerez avec l'ensemble des activités de Saipem (Design, Operations, Assets, Achats, Sous-traitance, Appels d'Offre) de la phase d'étude à la réalisation.

Vous serez responsable de l’assistance technique à bord des navires lors des phases de travaux.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme d’Ingénieur(e) (Grandes Écoles, Généraliste, Production ou Travaux), avec une première expérience (idéalement sur site) dans le domaine de la construction, en tant qu'Ingénieur(e) projet Onshore/Offshore, en Construction, en Travaux Maritimes, ou en tant qu'Ingénieur(e) d’Études Offshore.
• Désir de travailler dans un environnement international, avec de solides compétences en communication, flexibilité et adaptabilité pour passer du processus formel à la réalisation.
• Maîtrise indispensable de l'anglais et disponibilité pour une mobilité géographique totale pour des missions Offshore et Onshore (durée inférieure à 30 jours) ou des périodes d’expatriation.

Mission et description des tâches :

Rattaché(e) au département CONSTRUCTION & METHODES, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :

• Concevoir et planifier les activités de construction, notamment en génie civil, construction métallique, tuyauterie, et travaux maritimes, dans le cadre de nos appels d’offres ou projets en cours.
• Rédiger les spécifications techniques (Scope of Work) pour les activités de construction destinées à nos sous-traitants.
• Coordonner avec les autres services (ingénierie, qualité, étude de prix) pour garantir l’intégration harmonieuse des activités de construction dans les processus d’appel d’offres ou de projets en réalisation.
• Participer à l’élaboration des plannings des projets.
• Se rendre sur site pour organiser le lancement des activités de construction ou assurer un suivi approfondi des opérations critiques pour les projets en cours.
• Développer des méthodes et veiller à la bonne exécution des opérations spécifiques telles que les levages critiques, le transport et l’installation de modules.

Profil recherché :

• Formation Bac+5 (idéalement en génie civil, génie maritime ou génie mécanique).
• Profils juniors à expérimentés (jusqu’à 10 ans) dans le domaine de la construction et/ou de l’ingénierie (génie civil ou industrie).
• Intérêt marqué pour la technique et les grands projets multidisciplinaires.
• Bon relationnel et capacité de communication pour formuler et promouvoir des solutions en interne et avec nos partenaires.
• Appétence pour les projets internationaux.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du département SURF OPERATIONS, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi et la coordination des phases d’installation de nos projets. En tant que référent(e) technique, vous serez l'interface principale entre les projets et les bateaux dont vous aurez la responsabilité. Votre mission principale sera d'assurer la faisabilité des opérations et l’optimisation des moyens nécessaires au projet : conception, fabrication, méthodes d’installation...

Vos principales missions incluront :

• Assurer le suivi du projet et de l'avancement des travaux de la barge, en coordination avec le projet, le superintendant et l'ingénieur de chantier ;
• Participer aux revues de procédures d’installation et aux analyses de risques pour les opérations offshore ;
• Définir les besoins en sous-traitance, participer à la sélection des sous-traitants et assurer le suivi des sous-contrats ;
• Gérer la logistique en termes de personnel et de matériel pour la mobilisation, les opérations et la démobilisation du navire d’installation ;
• Contribuer à l’optimisation des opérations offshore ;
• Coordonner avec le département matériel pour toutes les demandes en équipement ;
• Effectuer le suivi complet des barges (certifications, équipements, location de matériel, etc.).

Profil recherché :

• Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur, spécialisation en génie mécanique ou génie civil ;
• Expérience : 3 à 10 ans d’expérience dans les installations offshore, en gestion de projet ou en tant que conducteur de travaux en génie civil ;
• Mobilité : Forte disponibilité requise pour des missions et des périodes prolongées en expatriation lors des phases d’installation ;
• Langues : Maîtrise indispensable de l'anglais.

KEY OBJECTIVES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for multiple management of construction & commissioning activities for brownfield & green field facilities, onshore and offshore Sabah & Sarawak.
• Responsible for ensuring that onshore & offshore construction and commissioning work program are properly planned and executed. Support Head of Section Head & Project Manager to implement modification, FIP & FDP project. 
• Develops construction & commissioning plans, schedules and procedures. Coordinates offshore Contractor mobilization for commissioning of key packaged equipment. 
• Responsible for ensuring onshore & offshore construction and commissioning activities are executed align with Department plan and Asset integrated planning, and provide support for safe operating practices, comply with the PTTEP Management System and meet all environmental and legislative requirements.
• Responsible for onshore & offshore hook up & commissioning contractor in resources deployment including construction personnel, tools & equipment, marine spread the required for project. 
• Coordinate with the contractor & subcontractor to carry out engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning (EPCC) of project, capable identifying bottleneck along the project execution and provide alternative solution.
• Responsible for providing technical input related to construction & commissioning and mentoring of the engineers and superintendent.

KEY AUTHORITIES

• As Head of Modification based in the KL Office or various project construction sites, free to act within the authorities granted by the Head of Head of Engineering and Modification Section or the Project Manager.
• Execute all onshore & offshore construction & commissioning activities comply with all COMPANY, PETRONAS standard & procedure, Government requirements and regulations. 
• Review the project technical & commercial proposal, participate in technical & commercial evaluation, develop and present project strategy, technical proposal to internal and external stakeholders.
• Involve in technical & commercial proposal, approve SAP Purchase Requisition, Invoice based on the authority limit.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

• Interface and coordinate engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning (EPCC) of project activities with all Sabah & Sarawak project lead & managers.
• Provide oversight and guidance for construction engineer, project engineercommissioning engineers and commissioning manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

• A minimum of 10 years experience associated with engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning (EPCC) offshore production facilities in a technical/supervisory/management capacity.
• Previous employment history in South East Asia – Min 10 years experience.
• Strong personal and interpersonal skills with flexibility to meet the fluctuating needs of operations support.
• Strong communication skills for working with, understanding and motivating Malaysian national personnel.  
• Strong team building skills.
• A sound knowledge of the business drivers affecting PTTEP.
• Specific knowledge of oil production, rotating equipment, water injection and gas lift plant.
• Sound knowledge of Project, Construction and Commissioning activities, with previous experience in one or more Malaysian construction sites.
• Sound knowledge of training, CBTA and technology transfer issues in Malaysian environment.

Basic Function and Scope:

1. To provide technical and engineering support for Pipeline systems to ensure smooth, safe, reliable and efficient transportation of crude oil from production site/s to delivery points.

2. Provide process engineering advisory and design services for pipeline and related facilities.

3. Carry out advisory services in areas of expertise, prepares/oversees conceptual designs for modifications or new facilities and evaluates plant change requests and requests for engineering support.

4. Develop project strategies for presentation to Management for approval.

5. Initiates studies, conducts process audits and recommends plant/ field modifications to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, cost savings and technology updates.

6. Maintain and updates the Company’s process engineering standards and specifications.

Accountabilities:

1. Censors and approves PMC/EPC project process and pipeline design drawings, documentations, calculation books and specifications, As-built drawings and documents in terms of conceptual design, basic design, detailed design and other relevant design work.

2. Advice on process engineering activities related to the Company’s existing and proposed process. Participates as a member of various special or adhoc committees to study various technical problems/facilities, or as an individual contributor, provides expert technical advice as and when requested.

3. Participate in the evaluation of plant modification requests involving a wide variety of process elements or problems and recommends appropriate solutions and/or acceptance or rejection of proposed changes as necessary. Including liaising with requesting or concerned parties, such as with Production, Maintenance or other Engineering units, gathering, researching and analyzing respective data and information and preparing recommendations with technical back-up as appropriate. Carry out subsequent conceptual process designs.

4. Receive various requests for engineering support, which may involve one of several technical activities, such as to carry out conceptual design, evaluate consultants design packages, inspect suspected faults on site or to provide simple advice on process matters etc. Carries out required collection and analysis of salient information and produces recommendations.

5. Prepare conceptual designs for major and minor process related projects or for projects that have process design content, inclusive of cost estimates and scopes of work. Directs in-house draughtsman in the preparation of necessary drawings and checks their finished work for accuracy and completeness. Supervises their performance and checks their completed design package to ensure completeness, quality of work and adherence to standards and Company requirements.

6. Technical support, cooperation and consultancy with related Parties and government issues.

7. Manage all the activities to ensure that Company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures are fully implemented and under control.

Independence of Operation:

Carries out work assignments in accordance with established company management policies, Conditions of contract and internationally recognized standards for the effective management of a wide range of multi-disciplined oil and gas projects. Completed assignments are generally reviewed.

Job Title: Manufacturing Inspector – Pressure Equipment (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing/Fabrication Inspector to oversee the production of pressure equipment for the Oil & Gas sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of manufacturing activities to ensure all work is performed according to quality standards, contractual specifications, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect manufacturing procedures and equipment to ensure compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Work closely with the project management team and onsite technicians to discuss manufacturing issues and propose solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress and any issues encountered.
• Liaise with Third Party inspectors for coordination and information sharing.
• Manage technical documentation and certifications required for pressure equipment.
